We do not collect payment card details. Ticket purchases are processed entirely through our official partner's secure checkout, which has its own privacy and payment security standards.

How we use it

• To respond to VIP table requests, booking questions and concierge enquiries.
• To send booking-related updates via WhatsApp or email when you've requested a service.
• To understand which pages and guides are useful, so we can improve the site.

Sharing with partners

When you book a ticket, your booking details are shared with our ticketing partner (ClubTickets.com / Only Tickets) as needed to process that purchase. When you request a VIP table, boat experience or activity, relevant details are shared with the specific venue or operator to confirm your reservation.
